COVID-19 has had a profound impact in every aspect of life over the past year and a half. Every person around the world has been affected in one way or another. As the world begins to find some semblance of normal there are important lessons that we can take away from the whirlwind of a year. Persons with disabilities have been disproportionally impacted by COVID-19 and inequalities highlighted by the pandemic are important to address in order to work toward better, more inclusive care for all. The hand-out created serves as a starting point for discussions. Developed by the UConn Health Disabilities Interest Group (UConn Health DIG), it highlights key concepts with links to further resources.
